Video slots have also traced the money back to gigadat inc. I have two emails sent from gigadat on march 15th for $500 E-transfer and march 22nd $550, stating that the 30 days has expired and I no longer can deposited the money back to my checking account. Were these payments that you initiated to videoslots that simply never arrived in your account?
Hi there, the payments never made it to video slots. Then after 30 days the money was automatically sent back to me via email but I didn’t receive a password with the emails, in order to deposit back to my checking account, so the money expired and was sent back to gigadat.
If you are claiming that these were payments taken from your bank without your permission (i.E. You did not initiate the transactions in the first instance) then this is an issue that needs to be managed by your bank and your local police service.
I sent the E-transfers to videoslots. Gigadat simply act as a 3rd party and handle the E-transfer. The E-transfers were blocked by gigadat and are now being held by gigadat. Video slots can’t help because the money never made it to them. I was just wondering if you guys had any kind of contact for gigadat, as they don’t respond to emails.
