Thescore has granted the underwriters an option (the "over-allotment option"), exercisable at any time, in whole or in part, until the date that is 30 days following the date hereof, to purchase up to an additional 5,775,000 class A subordinate voting shares of the company (the "additional shares", and each, an "additional share", and together with the initial shares, the "offered shares") at the issue price per additional share solely to cover over-allotments, if any, and for market stabilization purposes. The company has received conditional approval from the TSX venture exchange (the "TSXV") to list the offered shares on the TSXV.
The net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund working capital and other general corporate purposes, including the continued growth and expansion of thescore bet's operations in the united states and canada by supporting the multi-jurisdiction deployment and operation of thescore bet and user acquisition and retention in jurisdictions where the company is, or will be, operating.

THE latest tactic of phone scammers is to pretend to be from the poslaju courier service, police warn.
Previously, scammers have been known to claim to be bank officers, court officials, police officers or staff from other government agencies. In the latest cases, they pose as poslaju personnel.
Perak commercial crime chief supt md razif alang mat jaya said the scam begins with a phone call to the potential victim.
“the scammers will scare their victims by saying that they (victims) are in trouble for not adhering to the law and that they will be either arrested, or need to pay a fine.
“the victims are then told that, to avoid action being taken against them, they will need to pay a sum of money.
“the telephone numbers they use are diverted from the relevant agency using a method called spoofing,” he said.
Supt md razif alang said the scammers tell the victims that the conversation is being recorded, and that they are not allowed to inform anyone of the matter.
The victims are then told that they owe the authorities money and they have to make the payment within a stipulated time, which is usually within 30 minutes.
“the bank account number provided by the syndicate is usually under an individual’s name and the victim is told that if they fail to make the payment, they will be arrested or have their bank accounts frozen.
“we advise the public not to be taken in by these scams, and to lodge a police report if they do get such suspicious calls.
“do not follow the instruction given by the scammers and do not contact the number provided because the syndicates use the voice over internet protocol (VOIP), which enables callers to mask their actual phone numbers to resemble any number they wish in order to fool victims,” he added.
He said people with information on such scams can make reports using the volunteer smartphone patrol application, rakan cop, or call the police hotline at 05-240 1999.
